Choose and purchase

Before anything gets installed, our human installation experts review your entire purchase and install specification. If our system missed something — a ductwork issue, an electrical consideration, anything — we catch it here. And we cover it. Your price does not go up mid-install. Ever.
This is the step most contractors skip. We do it because we'd rather catch a problem on our whiteboard than in your attic. If we need to upgrade something to make the system work perfectly, we eat the cost. No change orders. No surprise invoices. The price you accepted is the price you pay.

Professional installation
Your installation team arrives, fully licensed and insured. You'll know exactly who's coming — name, photo, license number, and direct phone. The job is permitted, inspected, and done right. Most installs complete in a single day.
15-minute walkthrough at the start, 30-minute commissioning at the end (we test temperature differential, refrigerant pressures, airflow, and walk you through your new thermostat). The middle 5-6 hours you can leave if you'd like. We haul away your old system, clean up everything, and pull the inspection within 24 hours.
